Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Unless we tell you otherwise when you order, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of your payment being confirmed. If there's a delay, we'll email you.

Outside the UK? Our website only takes orders for UK addresses. Email us at hello@creativestoreshq.com and we'll let you know if we can help. Delivery charges and terms apply to orders outside the UK.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

Please check your order when it arrives. If a pouch is damaged, broken, leaking, or not what you ordered, email hello@creativestoreshq.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. Sending it within 48 hours helps us sort it out faster. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any delivery costs.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email hello@creativestoreshq.com with your order reference and tell us you want to cancel.

For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of pouches that are unopened and still sealed. Please email us before sending anything back. You'll need to pay the cost of returning it unless the item was faulty.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you showing us proof that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.

What we can't accept

• Pouches that have been opened, returned because you changed your mind.
• Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage, unless they were faulty when they arrived.
